Items FOR SALE

Any item submitted for sale will attract both a fixed hosting (insertion) fee payable in advance plus a commission payable on sale on the following basis:

All commission charges include the rate the Bureau is obliged to pay to clear any credit card transaction through its own merchant account. Special hosting and commission rates available for bulk insertion (>10 items). All hosting fees are payable in advance whether item is sold or not.  Special commission only deals available by negotiation.

PREVIEWS - extra exposure and advertising

Any seller can use Previews to provide special reference to and navigation to any item offered FOR SALE or FOR LEASE. Previews accompany every navigational page of the FOR SALE and FOR LEASE sections of the Broker.

Preview adverts appear in 500 x 500 pixel windows (with an item picture size of 300 x 300 pixels) which in turn are accessed through 100 x 100 pixels "thumbnails" of the actual item on offer. Pricing then varies relative to positioning of the "thumbnails" within the navigation structure of the Broker as follows:

 

Level 1 Broker Entry Page £100 per 3 month insertion
Level 2 Select Catalogue Pages £75 per 3 month insertion
Level 3 Select Category Pages £50 per 3 month insertion
Level 4 Select Group Pages £25 per 3 month insertion

ACCOUNTS
The Broker includes both buyer and seller accounts areas. These areas are totally secure and can only be accessed using a pre-allocated Account ID and Password.

Accounts files are also established for all sellers to allow them to track:

  • Status of items on sale or offered for lease
  • Hosting and commission charges due to IFAB
  • Hosting expiry dates
  • Payments due to the Seller
